At Lavishstripe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not generally accept returns, we do offer exchanges and accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective. Please review our detailed return and exchange policy below.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
We accept returns only if the item you received is damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The tags must not be removed, torn, or damaged.

You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, contact us at support@lavishstripe.in with your order number and a description of the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the returned item shows signs of wear or alteration, it will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to you at your own expense.
Exchanges
We understand that sizing or fit issues can happen. That’s why we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, you may exchange for a different item of equal value or request store credit.
To request an exchange, email us at support@lavishstripe.in with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Once approved, we will share return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the new product to you within 5–7 business days, and share tracking details via email.
Return & Exchange Shipping

For damaged/defective items: Lavishstripe will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

For exchanges (non-damaged items): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages in transit.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Refunds for Damaged Items
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.

If the return does not meet our conditions, no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to you.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, email us at support@lavishstripe.in with your order number.
Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window cannot be processed as the order may already be prepared for shipment.
